Eliana Fernandes: It’s great to see everyone’s work recognized! It shows that we’re on the right track and that the environment at Ritain.io helps us to do our best. For me, it’s an extra motivation to keep growing in the company.

Tiago Vieira: For me, this recognition means that everyone’s efforts are aligned and making a real impact—not just in delivering value to our clients, but also in how we work internally. It shows that we are continuously improving, working smarter, and creating an environment where teamwork thrives, workloads are managed effectively, and we have the space to grow and collaborate more efficiently.

Diogo Carvalho: It’s always great to see our company receive national recognition. I’m pleased that Ritain.io has been acknowledged, as I’ve personally experienced its commitment to fostering a positive work environment, ensuring above-average quality of life for employees, and continuously striving for growth and higher productivity.

 

Interviewer: How do you think Ritain.io’s policies and initiatives have contributed to this achievement?

 

Eliana Fernandes: Ritain.io has policies that show their concern for people. They focus on work-life balance and training, which helps creating an environment where everyone feels valued.

Tiago Vieira: Having dedicated time to activities with teammates and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world are great initiatives. Combined with periodic office days, this helps keep the team connected and reduces the distancing effect of remote work.

The team is incredibly supportive, and there’s always someone willing to lend a hand or share knowledge. The leadership’s commitment to fostering open communication and implementing employee-focused policies really makes it a workplace where you feel valued and empowered.

Diogo Carvalho: As I said earlier, the freedom and autonomy that workers are given, be it in terms of working hours, place of work, area in which they are working, autonomy in solving their tasks and group feeling.

 

Interviewer: What role does employee feedback play in shaping the company’s culture and practices, and how does Ritain.io’s focus on innovation in Cloud, DevOps, and AI translate into the workplace experience?

 

Eliana Fernandes: Feedback is super important here! Whenever we suggest something, the company listens and tries to implement it, or at the very least analyze it. This gives us the feeling that our opinion counts and that we’re helping to build the culture together.

Tiago Vieira: Employee feedback is considered for both personal and company development. For personal growth, it helps shape career paths, training, and professional development based on individual goals. For company growth, it identifies what works well, areas for improvement, and processes that may no longer make sense after real-world experience.

Diogo Carvalho: I believe that Ritain.io tries to listen to the feedback of its employees and that this feedback has an impact on planning the future of the company in terms of its structure and internal organization as well as the work policies in place.
