Specialized in Cloud, Quality Assurance, and Robotic Process Automation services and solutions, Ritain.io is recruiting recent technology and engineering graduates to join R.io Academy, a trainee program that is focused on practical training and career acceleration opportunities.

Positioning itself as a center of excellence for automation and business agility, Ritain.io is focused on bringing more agility to its customers’ operations through automation in critical areas of business support.
Characterized by a corporate culture that focuses on the certified training of its teams, Ritain.io has recently opened applications for its trainee program entitled R.io Academy. This program is part of the training strategy of the Readiness IT group, through which the group has trained more than 250 recent graduates in the last few years, maintaining the high integration rate of 90% of participants in its offices worldwide and in Portugal.
How does R.io Academy work?
With a duration of 12 months, the R.io Academy is more than just a professional trainee program – it is also a career accelerator. In addition to receiving training and working together with Ritain.io’s team of experts on real projects, participants are challenged to take certification exams in areas such as Cloud (on Amazon’s AWS, Google’s GCP, and Microsoft), Quality Assurance, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Therefore, through R.io Academy, young talents acquire practical experience and develop essential skills for their professional career in the technology sector.
To join the program, the completion of higher studies and eligibility for IEFP internships are required. Although participants are expected to have some background and interest in the technology area, no previous professional experience is required. Those who wish to apply may submit their applications to R.io Academy through Ritain.io career portal.
